1. Weather Conditions, Safety & Force Majeure
In the event of dangerous weather conditions, official weather alerts, safety concerns, or flight cancellations that make the tour impossible to operate safely, GoToPhotoTour reserves the right to cancel the tour.
In such cases, the participant will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus €50, which will be retained to cover administrative and payment processing fees, including Stripe transaction fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees, and related operational costs.
2. Participant-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour start date
The participant is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, minus €50 retained for administrative and payment processing fees (Stripe transaction fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees, and related operational costs) and minus the non-refundable deposit. - Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the tour start date
The participant is entitled to a 50% refund of the total tour cost (except for the non-refundable deposit).
The remaining 50% is retained to cover organizational, logistical, and operational expenses. - Cancellations made within 3 days of the tour start date
No refund will be issued, unless the cancellation falls under Section 1 (Weather Conditions, Safety & Force Majeure).
3. Deposit Policy
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
The deposit is required to secure the booking and to cover preliminary organizational and operational costs associated with private tours.
4. Event Cancellation by the Organizer
If the private tour is canceled by the organizer for reasons other than those outlined in Section 1, the participant will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit.
5. Acceptance of Policy
By booking a private photography tour with GoToPhotoTour, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
